Description
A Gift Card is a Digital or Physical cash-card that once purchased, has a monetary value which can be a payment method for products or services. Gift Cards can be used personally or given to another individual.
This Gift Card can be redeemed at the Brand’s physical venue
This Gift Card can NOT be redeemed online
Offline Gift Card Redemption
1. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier locations of:
- Reel Cinemas, Level 2, Dubai Mall
- Reel Cinemas, Level 2, Dubai Marina Mall
- Reel Cinemas, Springs Souk, Level 2, Springs Souk Mall
2. Cashier scans the Gift Card code as a payment against the purchase of goods or services (any difference in gift card amount vs bill amount to be paid by other mode of payment)
3. The Gift Card type is a Multi-Purchase card, Customer can use the gift card for various purchases
4. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier to inquire about the balance or to check the validity
Terms and Conditions
Gift Cards; Reel Cinemas, Balance; Redemption
This Gift Card Agreement (‘’Agreement’’) is between you and Reel Cinemas, (‘’we’’ or ‘’us’’) and describes the terms and conditions that apply to your Reel Cinemas. By buying, loading or using your Reel Cinemas, you agree to these terms.
If a purchase exceeds your Reel Cinemas Gift Card Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
Reel Cinemas Balance Expiration
The Gift Cards have an expiry date of 1 year from the day of purchase
The Gift Cards are Multi-use and can therefore be used multiple times until the balance of the Gift Card reaches zero
Limitations
Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Reel Cinemas.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for more than face value, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, returned for a cash refund, used beyond expiry date, used for payment outside of Reel Cinemas, or its affiliated properties.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
You are responsible for safeguarding your Reel Cinemas, Balance or Gift Card from unauthorized use.
We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Reel Cinemas Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request payment by Gift Card.
Reel Cinemas is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
