Description
A Gift Card is a Digital or Physical cash-card that once purchased, has a monetary value which can be
a payment method for products or services. Gift Cards can be used personally or given to another
individual.

- Offline – at a Brand’s physical venue
Offline Gift Card Redemption
1. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier at Build a Bear Workshop at only Dubai Festival City Mall:
, Please note for the case of birthday parties, prior booking is required.
2. Cashier scans the Gift Card code as a payment against the purchase of goods or services (any difference in gift card amount vs bill amount to be paid by other mode of payment)
3. The Gift Card type is One Time-Use card, Customer can use the Gift Card for a single purchase
4. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier to inquire about the balance or to check the validity
Terms and Conditions
Gift Cards;Build a bear workshop, Balance; Redemption.
This Build a Bear Gift Card Agreement (‘’Agreement’’) is between you and Buidl a Bear(‘’we’’ or ‘’us’’) and describes the terms and conditions that apply to your Build a Bear Gift Card. By buying, loading or using your Build a Bear Gift Card, you agree to these terms.
If a purchase exceeds your Build a Bear Gift Card Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
Build a Bear Balance Expiration.
The Gift Cards have an expiry date of One year from the day of purchase
The Gift Cards are “ ONE TIME USE AND CAN THEREFORE ONLY BE REDEEMED ONCE AND ANY REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DISCARED”
Limitations.
Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Build a Bear Workshop
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for more than face value, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, returned for a cash refund, used beyond expiry date, used for payment outside of Build a Bear or its affiliated properties.
Risk of Loss.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
You are responsible for safeguarding your Build a Bear Balance or Gift Card from unauthorized use.
We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Build a Bear Gift Card Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request payment by Gift Card.
Build a Bear is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
