This Jo Spa Card Agreement (‘’Agreement’’) is between you and Jo Spa (‘’we’’ or ‘’us’’) and describes
the terms and conditions that apply to your Jo Spa Card. By buying, loading or using your Jo Spa Gift
Card, you agree to these terms.
If a purchase exceeds your Jo Spa Gift Card Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with
another payment method.
Jo Spa Balance Expiration.
The Gift Cards have an expiry date of one year from the purchase date
The Gift Cards are [ONE TIME USE AND CAN THEREFORE ONLY BE REDEEMED ONCE AND ANY
REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DISCARED]
Limitations.
Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Jo
Spa
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for more than face value, transferred for value, redeemed for cash,
returned for a cash refund, used beyond expiry date, used for payment outside of Jo Spa or its
affiliated properties.
Risk of Loss.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the
Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is
applicable.
Gift Cards must be obtained directly from Jo Spa or an authorized third party.
You are responsible for safeguarding your Jo Spa Balance or Gift Card from unauthorized use.
We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Jo Spa Balance or any
Gift Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request
payment by Gift Card.
Jo Spa is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by
any third party associated with any Gift Card.
Redemption Instruction
A Gift Card is a Digital or Physical cash-card that once purchased, has a monetary value which can be
a payment method for products or services. Gift Cards can be used personally or given to another
individual.
Check that your Gift Card can be redeemed:
Offline – at a Brand’s physical venue
Offline Gift Card Redemption (Within a Brand’s Physical Store)
1. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier Jo Spa
2. Cashier scans the Gift Card code as a payment against the purchase of goods or services (any
difference in gift card amount vs bill amount to be paid by other mode of payment)
3. DELETE AS APPLICABLE ● The Gift Card type is One Time-Use card, Customer can use the Gift
Card for a single purchase
4. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier to inquire about the balance or to check the validity
