- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, but if redeemed and not used in order, the voucher is transferred to the Vouchers section where it is valid for 30 days.

Receiver Redemption details
1) Download EatEasy App from Play Store or App Store or Huawei App Gallery
2) Select Location & choose restaurant.
3) The Gift Card shall be in the form of electronic vouchers and not physical cards.
4) The Gift Card can only be bought in AED.
5) This eGift card has to be redeemed with EatEasy App.
6) The Gift Card can be redeemed on the Mobile app.
7) The Gift Card can only be redeemed with EatEasy.
8) Once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on EatEasy (UAE),
9) Once redeemed, the value of the Gift Card will be issued in the applicable customer's EatEasy credits balance on the EatEasy platform and also visible on the checkout page, under the EatEasy credits balance.
