Redemption Steps

A Gift Card is a Digital or Physical cash-card that once purchased, has a monetary value which can be a payment method for products or services. Gift Cards can be used personally or given to another individual.

Your Gift Card can be redeemed offline – at the Brand’s physical venues

 

Offline Gift Card Redemption

1. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier of Game Over at Nakheel Mall (Dubai) and Galleria Mall (Abu Dhabi) 
2. Cashier scans the Gift Card code as a payment against the purchase of goods or services (any difference in gift card amount vs bill amount to be paid by other mode of payment)
3. The Gift Card type is Multi-Purchase card, Customer can use the gift card for various purchases
4. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier to inquire about the balance or to check the validity

Terms & Conditions

Gift Cards; Game Over Balance; Redemption.

This Card Agreement (‘’Agreement’’) is between you and Game Over (‘’we’’ or ‘’us’’) and describes the terms and conditions that apply to your Game Over Card. By buying, loading or using your Game Over Gift Card, you agree to these terms.

If a purchase exceeds your Game Over Gift Card Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.

Game Over Balance Expiration.

The Gift Cards have an expiry date of 1 year from the date of purchase

The Gift Cards are multi use and can therefore be used multiple times until the balance of the gift card reaches zero (0)].

Limitations.

Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Game Over.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for more than face value, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, returned for a cash refund, used beyond expiry date, used for payment outside of Game Over or its affiliated properties.

Risk of Loss.

The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.

You are responsible for safeguarding your Game Over Balance or Gift Card from unauthorized use.

We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Game Over Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request payment by Gift Card.

Game Over is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
