Redemption Steps

A Gift Card is a Digital or Physical cash-card that once purchased, has a monetary value which can be a payment method for products or services. Gift Cards can be used personally or given to another individual.

Your Gift Card can be redeemed offline – at the Brand’s physical venue

 

Offline Gift Card Redemption

1. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier of Cube Challenge at Reem Mall in Abu Dhabi
2. Cashier scans the Gift Card code as a payment against the purchase of goods or services (any difference in gift card amount vs bill amount to be paid by other mode of payment)
3. The Gift Card type is Multi-Purchase card, Customer can use the gift card for various purchases
4. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier to inquire about the balance or to check the validity

Terms & Conditions

Gift Cards; Cube Challenge Balance; Redemption.

This Card Agreement (‘’Agreement’’) is between you and Cube Challenge (‘’we’’ or ‘’us’’) and describes the terms and conditions that apply to your Cube Challenge Card. By buying, loading or using your Cube Challenge Gift Card, you agree to these terms.

If a purchase exceeds your Cube Challenge Gift Card Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.

Game Over Balance Expiration.

The Gift Cards have an expiry date of 1 year from the date of purchase

The Gift Cards are multi use and can therefore be used multiple times until the balance of the gift card reaches zero (0)].

Limitations.

Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Cube Challenge.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for more than face value, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, returned for a cash refund, used beyond expiry date, used for payment outside of Cube Challenge or its affiliated properties.

Risk of Loss.

The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.

You are responsible for safeguarding your Cube Challenge Balance or Gift Card from unauthorized use.

We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Cube Challenge Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request payment by Gift Card.

Cube Challenge is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
