Redemption Steps:

Step 1:

The customer can visit any Ansar Mall or Ansar Gallery outlet listed across the UAE.

Step 2:

After the purchase, the customer needs to show the card number or serial number  (received by email) to the cashier.

Step 3:

The cashier will enter the card number and redeem the card value amount of the customer.

3. 4.The Card will automatically expire 12 months after activation (remaining balance will be void)
4. 5.This card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, neither replaced if lost, stolen or damaged
5. 6.The balance and expiry date can be checked at any cash counter in Ansar Mall & Ansar Gallery Outlet
