Redemption Instruction
If the total purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance can be used in subsequent transactions.
If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using other payment methods like UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking.
Multiple Cards:
Customers can use multiple gift cards in a single transaction, subject to platform policies.
Restrictions:
Gift cards cannot be redeemed during certain sales or promotions unless explicitly allowed.
The gift card cannot be combined with promotional coupons or other discounts in some cases.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
Tata CLiQ is not responsible for the loss, theft, or misuse of gift cards. Lost cards cannot be reissued.

Redemption Steps for Tata CLiQ Gift Cards
Online Redemption (Website or App):
Log In:
Visit the Tata CLiQ website or open the mobile app and log in to your account.
Select Products:
Browse through the available products and add your desired items to the cart.
Proceed to Checkout:
Once your cart is ready, proceed to checkout.
Apply Gift Card:
On the payment page, select Gift Card as the payment option.
Enter the gift card number and PIN code in the designated fields.
Click on Apply to redeem the gift card amount.
Complete Payment:
If the total order value exceeds the gift card balance, pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
Confirm your order, and you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS.
Track Remaining Balance:
After redemption, the remaining gift card balance can be checked in the My Account section under Gift Cards.
Terms and Conditions
Validity:
Tata CLiQ Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
Unused gift card balances will expire after the validity period.
Usage:
Gift cards can be redeemed on the Tata CLiQ website (www.tatacliq.com) or the Tata CLiQ mobile app.
They are valid for purchasing products across all categories, including electronics, fashion, footwear, accessories, and more, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
Non-Transferable:
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
They cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
