Enter the Gift Card number and PIN code in the designated fields.
Click on Apply to redeem the gift card amount.
Complete Payment:
If the total order amount exceeds the gift card balance, pay the remaining amount using other payment methods (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).
Order Confirmation:
Once the payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation email and SMS with your order details.
Terms and Conditions
Validity:
Nykaa Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
Once expired, the balance on the card cannot be redeemed or extended.
Usage:
Gift cards can be redeemed on the Nykaa website (www.nykaa.com) or Nykaa mobile app.
They are valid on all products, including beauty, skincare, makeup, hair care, fragrances, and more.
Non-Transferable:
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
Partial Redemption:
If the purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance can be used for future transactions within the validity period.
If the total purchase value exceeds the gift card balance, the difference must be paid using other payment methods.
Multiple Cards:
Customers can use multiple gift cards in a single transaction.
Restrictions:
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, and no refunds will be issued for unused balances.
Cannot be used in combination with certain promotional offers or discounts, unless specified.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
Nykaa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Lost cards will not be reissued.
