Choose your desired items and proceed to the billing counter.
Provide Gift Card Details:
Inform the cashier that you wish to pay using a gift card.
Share the gift card number and PIN code for verification.
Complete Payment:
If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, pay the remaining amount using other payment methods.
Receipt:
Collect your receipt after the payment is processed.
Online Redemption (Website or App):
Log In:
Visit the Shoppers Stop website (www.shoppersstop.com) or open the app and log in to your account.
Browse and Add to Cart:
Browse through the catalog, select items, and add them to your cart.
Proceed to Checkout:
Go to the checkout page and choose Gift Card as your payment method.
Enter Gift Card Details:
Enter the gift card number and PIN code in the required fields.
Click on Apply to redeem the gift card balance.
Complete Payment:
If the order amount exceeds the gift card balance, pay the remaining amount using other payment options (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).
Order Confirmation:
Confirm your order, and you’ll receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
Terms and Conditions
Validity:
Shoppers Stop Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.
The validity cannot be extended, and unused balances after expiration will be forfeited.
Usage:
