Redemption Instruction
Visit the Bata India website (www.bata.in).
Add your desired products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
Select Gift Card as the payment method during checkout.
Enter the gift card number and PIN in the designated fields.
If the order amount exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using other payment options like UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking.
Complete the transaction, and you will receive a confirmation of your purchase.
Terms and Conditions
Validity:
Bata Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance unless specified otherwise.
The validity cannot be extended, and unused balances after the expiration date will be forfeited.
Usage:
Gift cards can be redeemed at all Bata stores across India or on the official Bata India website.
Partial redemption is allowed. If the purchase value is less than the gift card amount, the remaining balance will be available for future use.
Non-Transferable:
Bata gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Limitations:
The gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card or voucher.
It cannot be combined with promotional offers unless explicitly mentioned.
Redemption Conditions:
Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction, depending on store policy.
Any balance left on the card will remain active until the card’s expiration date.
Lost/Stolen Cards:
Bata is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Redemption Steps for Bata Gift Cards
In-Store Redemption:
Visit any Bata outlet in India.
Choose your desired products and proceed to the billing counter.
Inform the cashier that you want to pay using a Bata Gift Card.
Provide the gift card details (card number and PIN). The cashier will validate the card and process the payment.
If the total amount exceeds the gift card balance, pay the remaining amount using cash, card, or other payment methods.
