Terms and Conditions
Validity:
Swiggy Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
The validity period cannot be extended, and unused balances after the expiration date will be forfeited.
Usage:
Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Swiggy app or website for food orders, groceries, or any other services provided by Swiggy.
Partial redemption is allowed, and the remaining balance will stay in your gift card account for future transactions.
Non-Transferable:
The gift card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
It cannot be reloaded or used to purchase other gift cards.
Limitations:
A single order can be paid using a combination of the gift card and other payment methods (credit/debit cards, wallets, UPI, etc.).
Gift cards cannot be redeemed on canceled orders; the amount will be recredited to the same card balance if unused.
Fraud and Misuse:
Swiggy reserves the right to cancel or block gift cards in case of fraudulent activity or misuse.

Steps to Redeem a Swiggy Gift Card
Add Gift Card to Your Account:
Log in to your Swiggy account via the app or website.
Go to the Payment or My Account section.
Enter the gift card code and click on Add.
Place Your Order:
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Select the gift card balance as the payment method during checkout.
Partial Payment:
If the gift card balance is insufficient, you can pay the remaining amount using any other payment option (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
Track Remaining Balance:
After redemption, the remaining balance can be checked in the Payments or Gift Card section of the Swiggy app.
Issues While Redeeming:
Ensure the code is entered correctly and hasn’t expired.
Contact Swiggy’s support team via the Help section if the code isn’t working.
