Redemption Steps for Home Centre Gift Cards
Online Redemption (Website/Online Store):
Visit the Home Centre India website: www.homecentre.in.
Browse and select the products you want to purchase, then add them to your shopping cart.
Proceed to checkout and select Gift Card as your payment method.
Enter your gift card number and PIN code in the designated fields.
If the order amount exceeds the gift card value, pay the remaining balance using other payment methods like UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking.
Confirm your order, and you will receive a confirmation email and SMS.
In-Store Redemption:
Visit any Home Centre store in India.
Select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to the billing counter.
Inform the cashier that you want to pay using a gift card.
Share the gift card number and PIN with the cashier, who will validate the card and process the payment.
If the total bill exceeds the gift card balance, pay the remaining amount using other accepted payment methods.
Terms and Conditions
Validity:
Home Centre gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
The validity cannot be extended, and any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.
Usage:
Gift cards can be redeemed on the Home Centre India website (www.homecentre.in) and in Home Centre physical stores across India.
Gift cards are applicable for purchasing furniture, home decor, kitchenware, and other Home Centre products.
Non-Transferable:
The gift card is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
It cannot be used to purchase another gift card or voucher.
Partial Redemption:
If the purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used for future transactions within the validity period.
If the total purchase value exceeds the card balance, the difference must be paid using another payment method.
