(formerly Tata Global Beverages Ltd.) andcurrently operates in more than 200 stores in India across Mumbai,Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad,Surat, Vadodra, Kochi, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Bhopal, Indore through a network ofover 1,700 passionate partners (employees). Starbucks stores are operated bythe joint venture, TATA Starbucks Private Limited (“Starbucks India”), andbranded as Starbucks Coffee - “A Tata Alliance.”Redemption Instruction
If the purchase value is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance can be used for future transactions.
If the total purchase value exceeds the gift card balance, the difference must be paid using other payment methods.
Multiple Cards:
Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
Starbucks India is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Lost cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Check Balance:
The gift card balance can be checked at any Starbucks store in India or via the Starbucks India website/app.
Other Terms:
The gift card cannot be redeemed for online delivery orders through food delivery platforms like Swiggy or Zomato.
Starbucks reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Redemption Steps for Starbucks India Gift Cards
In-Store Redemption:
Visit a Starbucks Store:
Go to any Starbucks store in India.
Place Your Order:
Select your preferred beverages, food items, or merchandise.
Provide Gift Card Details:
Inform the cashier that you want to pay using a gift card.
Hand over the physical gift card or provide the gift card number and PIN code (for digital cards).
Complete Payment:
If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, pay the difference using other payment methods.
Enjoy Your Purchase:
Collect your receipt and enjoy your Starbucks experience!
Terms and Conditions
Validity:
Starbucks India Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance or last reload.
The validity cannot be extended, and unused balances will be forfeited after expiration.
Usage:
The gift card can be redeemed at all Starbucks stores in India.
It is valid on beverages, food items, and merchandise available at Starbucks stores in India.
Non-Transferable:
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
Reload Option:
Starbucks gift cards can be reloaded at any Starbucks store in India.
