2. If the total of the order is more than the gift code amount, you will be asked for another form of payment or another gift code to complete the order.
3. Up to 10 Gift Codes may be used per purchase. You may also reach out to Ticket Jones to request multiple gift codes be combined.
4. Gift codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
5. If the gift code amount is greater than the purchase amount, the balance will be held on the gift code.
6. We are not responsible for any weather delays, event postponements, event cancellations, lost or stolen tickets. In the case of a cancelled event, your balance will be restored to your gift code (customer may need to call to facilitate this process). In the case of an event postponement, the tickets will be good for the new date unless a customer care representative contacts and states otherwise.
