How to redeem a code on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S:

1. Press the Xbox  button to open the guide, and then select Store.

2. Press the View button to open the side menu, and then select Redeem.

3. Enter the 25-character code, select Next, and then follow the prompts.

Note: if you can’t locate Store, scroll down to Add more on the Home screen and select the Store tile. (You may need to select See all suggestions.) Then select Add to Home.

How to redeem a code from a web browser:

1. From a web browser, go to redeem.microsoft.com.

2. Sign in, enter the 25-character code, then follow the prompts. Don’t worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.

1. Appuyez sur le bouton Xbox  pour ouvrir le guide, puis sélectionnez Store.

2. Appuyez sur le bouton Afficher pour ouvrir le menu latéral, puis sélectionnez Utiliser.

3. Entrez le code à 25 caractères, sélectionnez Suivant, puis suivez les messages d'incitation.

Remarque si vous ne trouvez pas Store, faites défiler jusqu’à Ajouter plus sur l’écran d’accueil et sélectionnez la vignette Store. (Vous devrez peut-être sélectionner Voir toutes les suggestions.) Sélectionnez ensuite Ajouter à l’accueil.

1. À partir d’un navigateur web, accédez à redeem.microsoft.com.

2. Connectez-vous, entrez le code de 25 caractères, puis suivez les invites. Ne vous souciez pas des traits d’Union, le système les prend en charge.
