Gift Card may only be redeemed toward transactions on eligible merchants on PhonePe platform. Purchase amount is deducted from the user’s Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the user’s PhonePe account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the user’s Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with any of the other available instruments. No user fees or charges apply to redemption of Gift Cards.termsAndConditions
Validity:
PhonePe gift cards are usually valid for 12 months from the date of issuance unless specified otherwise.
Unused balances after the expiration date cannot be refunded or extended.
Usage:
Gift cards can only be used on the PhonePe app for transactions, including bill payments, mobile/DTH recharges, and shopping on partner platforms.
Partial redemption is allowed, and the balance remains in the gift card account for future use.
Non-Transferable:
The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other payment methods.
Refunds:
No refunds are available for unused or partially used gift cards.
Restrictions:
The gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
Any misuse or fraudulent activity may lead to deactivation of the card without notice.
Applicability:
Gift cards can be redeemed only on the PhonePe app and are not valid on other platforms.

Redemption Steps for PhonePe Gift Cards
Add Gift Card to Wallet:
Open the PhonePe app and log in.
Go to the My Money section or Wallets/Gift Cards tab.
Enter the gift card code and click on Add to Wallet.
Choose Payment Method:
When making a payment for a recharge, bill, or shopping, select the Wallet or Gift Card Balance as the payment option.
Partial Payments:
If the gift card balance is insufficient, the remaining amount can be paid via UPI, credit/debit card, or another wallet.
Track Gift Card Balance:
Go to the Wallets/Gift Cards section in the app to check the remaining balance and transaction history.
Troubleshooting:
In case the gift card code isn’t working, ensure you’ve entered it correctly or contact PhonePe support via the Help section.
