La Gift Card Italo può essere utilizzata esclusivamente per acquistare un biglietto del treno Italo AV in qualsiasi ambiente di viaggio, su tutte le offerte commerciali e per tutte le tratte servite da Italo.

In caso il biglietto abbia un prezzo superiore al valore della Gift Card, sarà necessario pagare la relativa differenza.

Nel caso il biglietto abbia un prezzo inferiore al valore della Gift card, non è previsto il rimborso della differenza in quanto la Gift Card prevede un solo utilizzo. Qualora la Gift Card Italo venga utilizzata parzialmente, la restante parte non potrà essere utilizzata per un ulteriore acquisto, non potrà essere registrata come accredito per un altro viaggio, né sarà monetizzabile.

La Gift Card Italo può essere utilizzata per viaggi da effettuarsi su un treno Italo AV entro la data di validità di questa, non è nominativa, frazionabile e rimborsabile, neppure in caso di furto o smarrimento e non è cumulabile con altre Card.

Le gift Card Italo hanno una validità di 6 mesi.

The Italo Gift Card can be used exclusively to purchase an Italo AV train ticket in any travel environment, on all commercial offers and for all routes served by Italo.

If the ticket has a higher price than the value of the Gift Card, you will need to pay the relevant difference.

If the ticket has a price lower than the value of the Gift card, the difference will not be refunded as the Gift Card is intended for only one use. If the Italo Gift Card is partially used, the remaining part cannot be used for a further purchase, cannot be registered as a credit for another trip, nor can it be monetised.

The Italo Gift Card can be used for journeys to be made on an Italo AV train within the validity date of the card, it is non-personal, divisible and refundable, not even in the event of theft or loss and cannot be combined with other Cards.

Italo gift cards are valid for 6 months.
